Information

In the 1930s and 40s, Jean Prouvé devoted himself to a new type of school furniture. His designs combined children’s chair and desk into a single unit and he fitted out the Freiluftschule Suresnes (Suresnes Open-Air School), for example.
With this prototype, a single-seater school chair from the 1930/40s, the chair and desk heights can be varied.
