Tecta weaving master Hansgert Butterweck lives near Lauenförde. He has been fitting Mies van der Rohe and Lilly Reich’s Weissenhof chair with natural wickerwork, made of Indonesian rattan, since the early 1980s. In this video he explains the fascination behind weaving.
